I am Mark Alldridge, and that's me on a canal boat, in the bottom of the second deepest canal lock in England, sometime back in 2006.
Anyway, thank you for stopping by. I originally had a website back in 1999 (www.TasteTheRain.com) but found the whole process of creating and maintaining one, rather arduous. Web hosting was just rubbish back then. Adverts were unavoidable on your pages and I was not much good at HTML coding. But at the end of 2012, I discovered Weebly's website creator and it's brilliant! I feel renewed. So here I am doing it all again!
What's this site all about? Well it's just me musing and airing my thoughts on various subjects that I happen to find interesting. (What more can I do than that?) If you also happen to find it interesting, then that pleases me!
